Job summary

Central Square Foundation in India is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Fundraising to lead end-to-end donor engagement. You will research prospects, cultivate relationships with CSR funders, foundations, and HNIs, and manage proposals and grants through the full lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with programme, finance, communications, and research teams to translate evidence into fundable concepts, maintain donor dashboards, and represent CSF at forums to grow strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of fundraising and donor management experience in development sector.
• Experience with CSR funders, philanthropic foundations, HNIs/UHNIs or other institutional funders.
• Experience across prospect research, donor cultivation, proposal development, partnership management, stewardship and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective donors including CSR, foundations and HNIs.
• Conduct prospect research to identify funders and evaluate fit with CSF's priorities.
• Develop tailored engagement plans and manage opportunities from identification to closure.
• Write concepts notes, proposals and funding applications translating CSF priorities into fundable propositions.
• Collaborate with programme, RMEAL, communications and finance to gather inputs for proposals and reports.
• Maintain donor management dashboard, CRM and pipeline trackers to ensure accuracy.
