Job summary

Accenture Manila is seeking a GenAI & Agentic Marketing Manager to lead AI-driven marketing transformation for global clients across BFSI, healthcare, IT services and FMCG. You will design target-state operating models, roadmaps and governance, translate AI opportunities into practical strategies, and guide multidisciplinary teams through pilots to scale.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing strategy/consulting, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and hands-on GenAI tool experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, consulting or marketing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, technology or related field.
• Experience delivering AI-led marketing transformation from strategy and operating-model design through pilot, implementation and adoption.
• Experience designing full-funnel programs using CRM, marketing automation and data platforms.
• Industry experience across BFSI, healthcare/HealthTech, IT services and FMCG/consumer sectors.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise GenAI tools such as Google Gemini, Google AI Studio, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders, technology partners and global teams.
• GenAI certifications such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Copilot or agent-building learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI/GenAI led marketing transformation: assess current-state capabilities, develop target-state visions, roadmaps and governance.
• Reimagine end-to-end marketing workflows: embed GenAI and agentic workflows across value-proposition development, campaign planning, content creation, channel activation, analytics and optimization.
• Design and operationalize agentic marketing solutions: define intelligent agents and agent-to-agent workflows and translate into requirements.
• Build AI-driven ABM and campaign ecosystems: design account prioritization, customized research, messaging and orchestration models.
• Develop industry-specific AI/GenAI frameworks: translate regulatory sensitivities and journeys into practical AI-enabled strategies.
• Drive full-funnel orchestration: connect CRM, marketing automation, data and AI capabilities for growth loops.
• Manage GenAI use-case portfolios and value realization: prioritize use cases, quantify impact, define KPIs and pilots.
• Implement responsible AI and governance: ensure privacy, security, IP, content quality, bias, risk management.
