Qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional experience in digital transformation within finance-oriented organizations.
• Hands-on experience using AI-driven automated insights and advanced process automation tools.
• Extensive domain expertise in order-to-cash and order management, including billing, collections, and customer account maintenance.
• Exposure to procure-to-pay and accounts payable activities such as PO handling, vendor invoice management, and payment processing.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu and adapting to night shifts in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business transformation initiatives by applying AI-powered insights to enhance finance and operations processes.
• Develop and implement advanced process automation to streamline high-volume transactional activities across O2C and order management.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps aligning digital initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor automated workflows and AI insights to identify improvements and ensure compliance and quality.
• Optimize O2C activities by refining policies, data flows, and touchpoints to improve invoicing accuracy and cash collection speed.
• Enhance order management by reducing manual interventions through automation and clearer role definitions.
• Improve procure-to-pay cycles by designing automated approval flows and exception handling for better control and speed.
• Refine AP operations with standardized data inputs and validations to reduce invoice errors and rework.
• Strengthen O2C and AR processes by embedding dashboards and alerts to support risk management and working capital optimization.
• Transform finance processes using digital technologies and analytics for better transparency and timeliness of reporting.
• Collaborate with technology partners to evaluate platforms and integrations supporting automation and AI capabilities across finance processes.
• Guide change adoption with communications, training content, and support plans to drive engagement in new digital ways.
