Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics).
• Registered Engineer license required.
• 5+ years in coal power plants.
• 1–2 years in leadership/supervisory role.
• 1 year of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance plans (routine, preventive, predictive, corrective).
• Consolidate budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and manage resources.
• Manage spare parts inventory and CMMS-Maximo usage.
• Lead and coach planning engineers and team members.
• Ensure SHE, quality, and security compliance (ISO standards).
