Job summary

GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co. in Mariveles seeks an Outage Maintenance Superintendent to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of facility outages, ensuring readiness, safe execution, and on-time closeout.

You will align maintenance scope with cost control, contract administration, and risk mitigation to protect budgets and meet ORI and OEI targets.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years in coal power plants with 2+ years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in Coal Power Plants.
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role.
• Must be a registered engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of outages (readiness, execution, closeout).
• Deliver safe, on-time, high-quality outages.
• Synchronize maintenance scope with cost control and contract administration.
• Mitigate commercial risks and protect budgets.
