AboitizPower Transition Business Group - North Luzon (GNPD) is seeking a Planning Supervisor to lead maintenance planning for our coal-fired power plant. You will develop and execute routine, preventive, predictive, and major maintenance plans, optimize resources, and supervise a team of planning engineers to maximize plant availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering as listed and registered engineer license.
At least five years of professional coal power plant experience.
Leadership experience in a supervisory role of planning engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute maintenance programs: routine, preventive, predictive, and major.
Oversee resource planning, budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), and spare parts inventory.
Lead a team of planning engineers and ensure high plant availability.
Utilize CMMS-Maximo for work orders, KPIs, and proactive maintenance.
Ensure SHE, quality and security compliance across plant operations.
