Job summary

GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co. in the Philippines seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to lead a team of mechanical engineers responsible for all plant mechanical systems. You will drive asset health programs, establish budgets, and coordinate with OEMs to ensure reliable, safe operation of the power plant.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability-centered maintenance, and long-term planning within the ETSV department, reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager in a plant-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a PE or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years in power generation or equivalent engineering roles.
• Experience leading mechanical teams and coordinating with OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mechanical engineers across turbine, boiler, and BOP systems.
• Set up, monitor, and trend mechanical indicators and adjust maintenance strategies and OTS.
• Manage key asset programs and life-cycle planning, including LOPP and 5-year plans.
• Provide technical guidance for outages, major maintenance, and system modifications.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for efficient operations.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance in all mechanical activities.
