Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions seeks a Construction Manager to lead all site construction activities for a coal-fired thermal power plant project in the Philippines, Cebu region.

You will ensure safe, timely, cost-effective execution across major plant systems, including coal handling, boiler and auxiliaries, turbine-generator, BOP, ash handling, flue gas treatment, and switchyard, maintaining compliance with contracts, regulations, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
• At least fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in large industrial or power plant construction.
• At least eight (8) years in senior construction roles on coal-fired plant projects.
• Has proven experience working in EPC/EPCM environments for utility-scale plant projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical)

Master's Degree (advantage)
