Recruitify_HR is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Engineer to repair, maintain, analyze, and improve machinery performance to support safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Requirements include a 4-year technical/engineering degree in Maintenance Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in electrical/mechanical diagrams, CAD, automation software, and MS Office is essential.

• Degree in Maintenance Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

The position is responsible for repairing, maintaining, analyzing, and improving machinery performance to support safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time product delivery through effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.

• Graduate of a 4-year technical or engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering.
• With at least 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in: Electrical and Mechanical Diagrams, MS Office Applications, CAD Software, Automation Software
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, mentoring capability, and basic leadership skills

Work Schedule
