Recruitify_HR is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to repair, maintain, analyze, and enhance machinery performance, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery through effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will hold a 4-year technical/engineering degree in Maintenance Engineering, with 10+ years in a manufacturing setting, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• Graduate of a 4-year technical or engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering.
• With at least 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical Diagrams, MS Office, CAD Software, Automation Software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

The position is responsible for repairing, maintaining, analyzing, and improving machinery performance to support safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time product delivery through effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.

Graduate of a 4-year technical or engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering.

With at least 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledgeable in: Electrical and Mechanical Diagrams, MS Office Applications, CAD Software, Automation Software

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, mentoring capability, and basic leadership skills

Work Schedule

• Compressed Schedule: Fixed Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:25 PM
• Shifting Schedule: 12-hour Shift (5-2-5-3 Calendar)

2. Online Exam (Cognitive, Personality, and Integrity Tests) or (Technical Exam for Engineering positions)
3. 2nd Interview (Possible Final Interview) - Onsite (With Hiring Section Head/General Manager)
4. Final Interview - Onsite (With Hiring Section Head or Director)
