Job summary

Eastvantage Group seeks a Senior Service Desk Analyst focused on M365, Intune, and Entra ID to join our IT team in Ortigas Center, Pasig. You will provide advanced technical support, handle complex escalations, and drive automation across global clients.

Responsibilities include managing incidents, administering Entra ID and Intune, and mentoring junior analysts to uphold service excellence. Hybrid work after 3 months, onsite at Pasig location.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in M365, Intune and Entra ID.
2+ years in an L2/Senior Analyst or escalation role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or technical diploma.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support and primary escalation point for complex IT issues.
Manage incidents, perform RCA, and ensure SLA compliance.
Administer Entra ID (SSO, Enterprise Apps, SCIM provisioning).
Manage Intune device lifecycles across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, BYOD.
Administer and optimize M365, Azure/Entra ID, AD, and cloud infra.
Support client rollouts, migrations, and MDM onboarding.
Mentor junior analysts and improve ticket quality.
