Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Level 3 M365 Engineer to lead hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration in a remote setup. You will build, migrate, and operate the M365 environment while aligning with IT security and governance practices.

The role emphasizes migration, identity management, device management, and end-user support across multiple tenants, with a focus on automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Four or more years administering M365 and Entra ID in production.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of CA, MFA, SSO and PIM in Entra ID.
• Experience with Intune device enrollment and policy management.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection, data loss prevention and governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on building and configuring a greenfield M365 and Entra ID tenant.
• Plan and execute migration of mailboxes, files, and workloads to Nexgen tenant.
• Manage Entra ID for identity, SSO, MFA and PIM; implement strong access controls.
• Enroll Windows devices, apply CIS/ACS guidelines and manage Defender/CrowdStrike.
• Roll out Purview labeling and DLP across Microsoft 365, and support Dynamics 365 admin.
• Develop runbooks and provide day-to-day admin and end-user support post-migration.
• Maintain security telemetry in collaboration with SOC and Security Engineers.
