Eastvantage Group is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst with deep M365, Intune and Entra ID expertise. You will serve as a primary escalation point, manage incidents, and drive improvements across global client environments.

The role requires 5+ years in Microsoft 365/Intune/Entra ID, strong problem solving, and mentoring capabilities. Hybrid work after an initial period is offered in Pasig City area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID with 2+ years in escalation roles.
• Strong experience with device enrollment, policies, and app deployment across OSs.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced technical support and act as primary escalation for complex IT issues.
• Manage critical incidents, conduct RCA, ensure SLA compliance.
• Administer Entra ID including SSO, Enterprise Apps and App Registrations.
• Manage Intune device lifecycles: enrollment, policies, config, apps across OSs.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Google Workspace, AD.
