Job summary

3Cloud LLC. in Philippines is seeking a Senior Engineer to build, configure, and support Microsoft 365 and Intune solutions, with emphasis on endpoint management and Zero Trust controls. You will work under technical leads, handling scoped engineering work and runbooks.

You will troubleshoot enrollment, CA impact, policy conflicts, and collaborate with onshore teams across security and networking to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT with focus on Microsoft 365 and/or endpoint management.
• 3+ years supporting production environments with escalations.
• Experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Windows Autopilot, device management, and policy deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Intune issues.
• Collaborate with onshore leads, security, identity, and networking teams.
• Deliver scoped engineering tasks per project plans and manage risks.
• Configure and support Intune and M365 services including Entra ID integration.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and automate with PowerShell/Microsoft Graph.
