Job summary
Private Advertiser is seeking an execution and remediation professional to own high-volume admin work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Apple Business Manager, with hands-on support for legacy directory and file store migration.
The role focuses on configuring Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune device policies, Entra ID lifecycle, and migration validation, within a ticket-driven support environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment of 1,000+ users.
- 2+ years hands-on Microsoft Intune administration, including device configuration and deployment.
- 2+ years Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, including account lifecycle and Conditional Access.
- Demonstrated experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
- Experience supporting directory or file share migration to Microsoft 365 (AD to Entra ID, file shares to SharePoint/OneDrive).
Responsibilities
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams within delegated administrative scopes.
- Manage mailbox provisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow configurations.
- Perform license assignment and reconciliation across the M365 estate; report unused licenses.
- Execute service health monitoring and first-line diagnosis of tenant-level service issues.
- Assist migration of on-premises AD objects and legacy file shares into Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
