Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer and team expectations with Unique Guest Experience service.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to convert leads into confirmed events.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for leads/inquiries from Sales Managers.
• Liaise with clients on finalizing details and event set-ups.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal departments; review billing with organizers.
