Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed guest expectations with high standards of professionalism and service.
• Promote the hotel's brand image to clients and industry partners.
• Conduct direct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to secure banqueting business.
• Prepare and present RFPs, quotations, and banquet packages to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.
