Job summary

Ascend is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead luxury travel operations remotely. You will manage Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment, coaching Team Leads and ensuring a five-star client experience across shifts.

You will drive process improvements, use data to inform decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale globally while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role with coaching responsibilities.
• Strong Sabre GDS proficiency including fare rules and complex routing.
• Data-driven leadership using metrics to guide decisions and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coaching with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing and Trip Fulfillment; provide daily coaching and feedback.
• Direct all client-facing operations during shifts; allocate resources and manage escalations.
• Own end-to-end client experience on each shift; handle VIP clients and high-complexity cases.
• Submit at least two documented process improvements per month to increase efficiency/quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Leadership to scale and maintain quality.
