Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Principal Product Analyst for Loyalty Solutions in Metro Manila. You will translate complex airline requirements into detailed functional specifications, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and drive the product backlog and roadmap within a Competency Center.

You will engage with customers, validate features, and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities while enabling ongoing service delivery and transformation journeys.

Qualifications

• Excellent analysis and design skills.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing.
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from the customer and clarify needs.
• Translate needs into detailed functional design and product specs.
• Validate product compliance and support UAT preparation.

Skills

Excellent analysis & design skills

Knowledge of UML diagrams
