Job summary

AMADEUS MARKETING PHILS, INC. seeks a Principal Product/Definition Analyst to translate complex needs into actionable requirements within a global travel context. You will work within a Competency Center to shape roadmaps, coordinate with product owners, and ensure delivery aligns with business value.

Strong communication and agile leadership are essential. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, produce key deliverables, and help evolve the product vision while supporting long-term service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management roles.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing is desirable.
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
• Shape and maintain the customer backlog and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, security, operations, and more.
• Lead the definition and prioritization of features with the Agile team.
• Produce feasibility studies, solution overviews, and interface documents.
• Validate alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
• Manage relationships with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support validation activities including UAT preparation and walkthroughs.
