Job summary

Amadeus in Taguig invites a Principal Product Analyst to drive loyalty solutions with a cross‑functional team. You will translate customer needs into detailed requirements, shape the product backlog, and guide features from concept to delivery, balancing business value and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent analysis & design skills.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing is highly desirable.
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or product owner is nice to have.
• 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge in Product Management related roles.
• Understanding of different test tool applications.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of processes and end-user product usage.
• Analyze business requirements from the customer and refine them.
• Engage directly with the airline customer to clarify requirements.
• Shape and maintain a clear view of the customer backlog, priorities, and business drivers.
• Define and prioritize features with stakeholders and the Agile team.
• Produce deliverables like feasibility studies and product specifications and lead walkthroughs.
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations, product capabilities, and delivery constraints.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions and identify roadmap gaps.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure functional compatibility across Amadeus systems.
• Represent internal teams to external clients and deliver product responses accordingly.
