Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent analysis & design skills.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing is highly desirable.
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a Scrum Master is nice to have.
• Understanding of test tool applications.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements, analyze business needs, and clarify with the customer.
• Produce key deliverables (Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications).
• Validate product compliance, system integrity, and sign-offs; manage incidents for production integrity.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across Product, Project, Development, Account, Implementation, and Migration teams.
• Support UAT preparation, walkthroughs, and customer validation activities.
