Job summary

Amadeus Hospitality in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Product Analyst (Loyalty Solutions) to bridge technology, business, and customer needs. You will translate complex airline requirements into actionable specifications and help shape the product roadmap within a Competency Center model.

The role focuses on functional analysis, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery with stakeholders across product, account, and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge in Product Management related roles.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing.
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or product owner is nice to have.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, estimate costs, write specs, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into detailed functional designs and roadmaps.
• Validate product compliance and production integrity post-delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Project, Development, and Account teams.
• Lead backlog prioritization and acceptance criteria with the CC and customer.
