Job summary

AMAS Marketing Phils, Inc. is seeking a functional analyst who translates airline customer needs into actionable solutions.

You will balance business requirements with product capabilities, running feasibility studies, specifications, and interfaces within a Competency Center model for a dedicated airline client. You will collaborate with Product, Project, Development, and Migration teams to shape roadmaps, validate features, and support UAT.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and design capabilities.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams.
• Experience with Postman and API testing desirable.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements and share functional knowledge of processes and product usage.
• Carry out functional design, produce key deliverables, and lead walkthroughs.
• Validate product compliance, investigate incidents, and prioritize issues for production integrity.
• Manage relations with Product, Project, Development, Account, and Migration teams.
• Support customer-facing validation activities (UAT preparation, walkthroughs, clarifications).
