Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Product Analyst II for Loyalty Solutions to bridge business requirements and product capabilities. You will analyze needs, draft specifications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver valued features for airline customers.

You will work within a Competency Center, shaping backlog, validating designs, and ensuring alignment with customer goals and delivery constraints.

Qualifications

Excellent analysis & design skills.
Knowledge of UML diagrams.
Experience with Postman and API testing is highly desirable.
Agile methodologies.
Experience as a Scrum Master is nice to have.
Understanding of different test tool applications.
Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assess requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Size specification and validation work.
Carry out functional design and produce key deliverables (e.g., feasibility studies, solution overview documents).
Lead functional walkthroughs and align customer expectations with product capabilities.
Collaborate with Product, Project, Development, Account, Implementation, and Migration teams.
Validate delivered functionalities against customer acceptance criteria and support UAT.
