Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Customer Support professional in Batangas, Philippines, to manage inbound AOG and critical part demands for worldwide customers. Hybrid work model with shift flexibility, allowing non-traditional hours and holidays.

You will work with multiple departments to provide timely information, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting performance targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting challenging and uncommon scenarios.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-pressure situations without supervision.
• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• SAP experience.
• Reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, digest data quickly, and be decision-oriented.
• Manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for Collins Aerospace customers worldwide.
• Process and monitor all customer issues and concerns using CRM and ERP systems.
• Follow-up with customers on issues and cases while maintaining relationships.
• Collaborate with departments to provide necessary information and support to resolve issues.
• Ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, and other stakeholders are communicated timely and accurately.
• Aim to achieve key performance indicators and best-in-class performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle small projects under guidance from management and senior colleagues.
• Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards to ensure safety.
