Collins Aerospace in Tanauan, Batangas, onsite, is seeking a Customer Service/Order Management Specialist. You will communicate with customers by email and phone, process orders and RFQs, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Shipping, Engineering and Quality to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

This role emphasizes open order tracking, issue resolution, data reporting, and continuous improvement to raise customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in customer service, order management, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and handle urgent requests.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and other channels.
• Receive, review, and process orders and RFQs per terms.
• Handle customer requests including expediting, updates, changes, and cancellations.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Create and process credit and debit note requests related to billing adjustments.
• Coordinate AOG requests with internal teams for urgent aircraft needs.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Supply Chain, Shipping, Engineering, Quality, and other functions.
• Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
• Generate and maintain Open Order Book reports and provide status updates.
• Facilitate Open Order Book discussions with customers and action plans.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on delivery risks or issues.
• Maintain accurate customer/order records in relevant systems.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed customer service KPIs, quality standards, and business objectives.
