Hybrid schedule 2:30pm-11pm, Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat; responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, data analysis, CRM/ERP usage, coordinating with supply chain, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 6 years related experience, proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; strong

Qualificações

• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
