Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistic Assistant in Calamba, Laguna. You will manage inbound containers, verify items, check invoices, and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure organized shipments.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, signing delivery notes, handling stock, unpacking, preparing orders, keeping the facility clean, reporting breakages, and supporting teammates during busy periods.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, or Business Management.
Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Strong time-management skills to efficiently meet deadlines.
Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
Willing to be assigned in: Calamba City, Laguna.

Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.
