Maintain consistent communication between Distribution Center and ops teams.

Who are we looking for:

As a Senior Logistic Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.

Responding promptly to store inquiries, addressing concerns, and gathering valuable feedback to improve operations.
Maintaining consistent communication and fostering strong relationships between Distribution Center
Operations and store teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Assisting the Distribution Center in meeting its operational goals and objectives by providing logistical and administrative support where needed.

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. With at least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Communication, coordination and people handling skills.
Ability to strictly promote and implement company policies and procedures within department.

Willing to be assigned in: Calamba City, Laguna
