• Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
• Willing to be assigned to Alfamart Distribution Center, Daiichi Industrial Park Special Economic zone, Maguyam, Silang, Cavite

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure correct stock.
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Unpacking items and arranging on shelves.
• Preparing client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized facility.
• Reporting breakages and spills.
• Assisting other staff during lulls in the day.

Who are we looking for:

As a Logistics Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.

• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.

• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.

• Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.

• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.

• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.

• Reporting all breakages and spills.

• Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.
