Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Warehouse Assistant in Dasmariñas, Cavite. You will manage inbound containers, verify correct items, and liaise with suppliers to ensure organized shipments.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, signing delivery notes, handling stock, unpacking, and assisting team during peak times while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or related field) is required.
• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries to verify stock type and quantity.
• Sign delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Handle stock procedures, including safe storage of fragile items.
• Unpack items and arrange on shelves as needed.
• Prepare client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Report breakages and spills to supervisors.
• Assist other staff during slower periods.

Who are we looking for:

As a Logistics Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.

• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.

• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.

• Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.

• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.

• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.

• Reporting all breakages and spills.

• Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, and Business Management.

• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.

• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

• Strong time-management skills to efficiently meet deadlines.

• Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
