Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Senior Logistic Assistant to manage inbound containers, verify items, and liaise with suppliers for orderly shipments.

You will respond to store inquiries, maintain strong communication between the Distribution Center and store teams, and support logistics and administrative tasks to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication, coordination, and people handling skills.
Ability to promote and implement company policies within department.

Responsibilities

Responding promptly to store inquiries, addressing concerns, and gathering valuable feedback to improve operations.
Maintaining consistent communication and fostering strong relationships between Distribution Center and Operations and store teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Assisting the Distribution Center in meeting its operational goals and objectives by providing logistical and administrative support where needed.

Who are we looking for:

As a Senior Logistic Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.

Responding promptly to store inquiries, addressing concerns, and gathering valuable feedback to improve operations.
Maintaining consistent communication and fostering strong relationships between Distribution Center
Operations and store teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Assisting the Distribution Center in meeting its operational goals and objectives by providing logistical and administrative support where needed.
