Job summary

Personal Inc in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Team Head to lead the sales team in banking products. You will formulate and implement sales strategies to hit targets and ensure robust loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.

You will monitor team performance through meetings and sales activity tools, develop training and recognition programs, and ensure adherence to regulatory procedures while advising on market opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience in commercial / business / home loans.
• Strong credit knowledge and financial analysis.
• Good leadership abilities and excellent communication and selling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies and action plans to hit sales targets.
• Ensure the team generates adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
• Monitor team sales performance against targets through meetings and tools.
• Develop training and recognition mechanisms for the team.
• Recommend programs to improve service, credit quality, cost efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit and operating procedures.
• Provide market and customer information to Sales Unit Head and Business Head.
