Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course; preferably in Management, Finance or IT.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in handling employees.
• Must have experience in Bank Loan Mortgage.
• Expertise in BPO and collections.
• Experience with Letters of Guarantee processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall administrative functions of the Customer Financing Department.
• Supervise daily activities of the Admin Team to meet turnaround time.
• Guide and mentor staff in administrative support for Frontline Teams.
