Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Financing Team Lead of Admin is responsible for managing the overall administrative functions of the Customer Financing Department. This entails supervising the daily activities of the Admin Team that ensures that all tasks are accomplished within standard turnaround time. The lead is also involved in guiding and mentoring staff in providing administrative support to the Frontline Teams, particularly in the preparation and timely submission of bank loan applications and the review of Letters of Guarantee.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors Degree in any 4-year course; preferably a graduate of Management, Finance and/or Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in handling employees.
• Must have an experience on Bank Loan Mortgage
• Has BPO , Banking , Collections experience
• Handled LOG (Letter of Guarantee) status and process
