Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a motivated Technical Support specialist to help keep customers’ systems running smoothly and to provide friendly, reliable assistance. You’ll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Support team to resolve complex problems.

Ideal candidates have a solid IT foundation, at least 1 year in IT support, working knowledge of Linux and networking basics, strong English communication, and a proactive, customer‑facing mindset with a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT support experience or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Linux.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Monitor customer systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Support Linux and Windows server environments.
• Assist with software deployment and setup.
• Maintain records of customer issues and help identify recurring problems.
• Help onboard new team members with setup and access.
• Learn about new products and technologies to help customers.
