Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT with Linux and AWS administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve complex technical incidents efficiently.
• Provide advanced technical support across AWS, SIEM, Email Gateway, and Endpoint.
• Diagnose, configure, document, and resolve system and network issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and screen-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive timely and effective issue resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge base and continuous improvement initiatives.
