Job summary

Thakral One Inc. in Makati, Philippines is seeking an experienced Lending Integration Analyst to lead analysis, design, testing, and implementation of lending integrations across platforms.

You will connect loan origination and servicing systems with core banking, credit decisioning, collateral, payments, and regulatory systems, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and operational readiness. This role requires 8–10 years in banking or financial services, with at least 3 in lending operations

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in banking or financial services, with 3+ years in lending operations, business analysis, system implementation, or integration.
• Strong knowledge of loan origination, credit assessment, loan servicing, collateral administration, and loan accounting.
• Experience preparing requirements, process maps, functional specs, interface docs, data mappings, reconciliation rules, and test scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or CS.
• Experience in core banking replacement, lending transformation, or multi-country banking programmes is a plus.
• Experience in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document requirements across lending products and processes.
• Map end-to-end lending lifecycle including application, credit, disbursement, servicing, and closure.
• Define integration requirements between loan systems and core banking, CRM, credit bureau, and payments.
• Prepare interface specifications, mappings, transformation rules, and validation procedures.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and support solution design across workflows and configurations.
• Develop SIT, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios and support test execution.
• Validate end-to-end transaction flows, loan schedules, interest processing, and reconciliation outputs.
• Collaborate with lending operations, credit, risk, finance, compliance, technology, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, interfaces, decisions, risks, and test coverage.
• Support migration validation, cutover planning, operational readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
