Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. in Makati is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering and testing strategy for a Loan Origination Services platform implementation.

You will oversee QE activities, develop Test Plans and execution plans, manage 10+ testers including offshore resources, and collaborate with development, product, lending, credit, operations, and business teams to ensure robust end-to-end testing of loan processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software testing for banking/financial services.
• Proven ability to lead QE/testing teams and deliver complex digital lending implementations.
• Experience developing Test Execution Plans and WBS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall QE and Test Strategy for LOS and digital lending implementations.
• Develop Test Plans, Test Execution Plans, WBS, schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, automation, performance, and UAT activities.
• Manage QE/testing teams of 10+ members, including offshore resources.
• Coordinate with development, product, lending, credit, operations, and business teams.
• Lead defect triage, resolution tracking, risk management, and quality reporting.
• Monitor test progress, coverage, defects, automation, and overall project quality.
• Coordinate UAT with business and lending stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end testing of loan processes from application to disbursement.
• Drive continuous improvement across QE and testing processes.
