Job summary

ARBEIT INFOTECH INC. seeks an Integration SME to support a Philippines-based core banking transformation.

The role covers end-to-end integration design across Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, GL and Markets, ensuring a coherent architecture between the core banking platform and its upstream/downstream ecosystem. You will collaborate with product vendors, SMEs, and Solution Architecture to design, document, and obtain sign-off on integration solutions, acting as the cross-domain integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with hands-on core banking integration design.
• Experience integrating core banking with Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, GL, and Markets.
• Experience with middleware/integration layers such as ESB, API Gateway, or iPaaS.
• Ability to map data across multiple domains and transform data sources.
• Experience supporting SIT/end-to-end testing and defect troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security and regulatory requirements for banking integrations.
• Proven ability to drive solutions and obtain approvals across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Must be in the Philippines for the entire project duration.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for cross-domain integration architecture during requirement analysis, solution design, build, testing, and cutover phases.
• Engage with product vendors and SMEs to align on integration touchpoints and drive sign-off on To-Be design.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize integration requirements.
• Prepare Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and integration artifacts for reviews and sign-off.
• Coordinate SIT/end-to-end testing across domains and triage defects with vendors and delivery teams.
• Support cutover planning and hypercare across all integrated domains through go-live.
• Manage stakeholders and elevate cross-domain integration risks/issues.
