Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a CASA/Customer Servicing Integration Analyst in Makati to analyze and support integration requirements across CASA, customer information, deposits, and related banking services.

You will ensure reliable data and transaction flows between core banking and connected platforms across digital channels, CRM, payments, AML/KYC, finance, and reporting. You will collaborate with operations, branch banking, product, digital, and vendor teams, maintain traceability, and

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or IT.
3–5 years in banking, including CASA, deposits, or system integration.
Strong knowledge of CASA, deposits, and account servicing.
Experience with business requirements, functional specs, interface documents, data mappings.
Bachelor's degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration/IT/CS.
Experience with data migration and post-migration reconciliation preferred.
Experience in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, validate, and document requirements across CASA, customer information, account opening, deposit servicing, standing instructions, direct debit, and related customer service processes.
Map current-state and target-state customer journeys and operational workflows across branch, operations, digital, and assisted service channels.
Define integration requirements between core banking and customer information, digital banking, CRM, payments, card, AML/KYC, data warehouse, general ledger, and regulatory reporting systems.
Prepare interface specifications, source-to-target mappings, data transformation and validation rules, exception handling, and reconciliation requirements.
Support fit-gap analysis and solution design across customer, account, product, limits, holds, fees, interest, status, and transaction processing.
Develop SIT, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios, coordinating business validation and supporting defect analysis and resolution.
Validate end-to-end journeys covering onboarding, account opening, customer maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, standing instructions, account restrictions, and closure.
Work with operations, branch banking, product, digital, payments, compliance, finance, technology, and vendor teams throughout delivery.
Maintain requirements traceability, interface inventories, data definitions, business rules, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
Support data migration, reconciliation, implementation readiness, cutover, post-go-live stabilisation, and user knowledge transfer.
