PRIME Philippines is seeking a dynamic Leasing Professional to lead high-value leasing transactions and manage key client accounts in Metro Manila. The role offers performance bonuses, international incentives, and rapid career growth toward VP-level opportunities.

You will nurture relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate decision-makers while expanding market influence. Fieldwork and travel within Metro Manila are expected as part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any business course.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, leasing, or client-facing revenue-generating roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales, leasing, occupancy, or revenue targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, attend client meetings, and travel within Metro Manila as required.

Responsabilités

• Drive leasing revenue by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, brokers, and corporate decision-makers to generate leasing opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end leasing process from needs assessment to contract execution.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective tenants and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide leasing recommendations.
• Maintain a database of properties, prospects, clients, and transactions.
• Deliver excellent client service and ensure a seamless leasing experience.
