PRIME Philippines is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Commercial Leasing to lead strategic leasing initiatives and grow the business with top property owners, investors, and corporate tenants. You will manage high-value transactions and guide a team to turn opportunities into signed deals.

You will shape the leasing strategy, drive revenue growth, and build PRIME’s market presence in the Philippine CRE landscape through senior-level negotiations and client leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex or high-value deals.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate tenants.
• Track record of generating and converting a robust leasing pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end leasing process from lead generation to contract execution and post-closing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and lessors.
• Lead strategic and high-value transactions leveraging experience and negotiation skills.
• Develop creative leasing strategies to overcome objections and move deals to close.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify new accounts and revenue opportunities.
