Job summary

CASI, a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking a Lead, Learning Systems to manage shipboard LMS and related support. You will provide advanced system administration, oversee course deployments, and coordinate with IT, HR, and vendors to deliver reliable learning services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in learning systems administration, strong communication and project management skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing LMS performance in a corporate travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in learning systems administration or related roles.
• Relevant project or systems management certifications preferred.
• Proficient in LMS, support and/or project management apps.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong PM and leadership.
• Diplomatic, highly organized and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in system implementation and requirements gathering.
• Understanding of L&D and learner support.
• Experience with various LMS and integration/management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and escalation support for learners and specialists.
• Administer LMS, maintain updates and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Plan and communicate system updates and integrations.
• Lead LMS projects with IT and vendors; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate vendor support and track product issues.
• Develop and maintain training resources and user guides.
• Oversee user provisioning and access management; ensure proper roles.
• Handle special projects within the team as needed.
