Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking a Lead, Learning Systems to manage shipboard LMS operations from Metro Manila.

The role focuses on advanced LMS administration, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT to meet training objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive LMS experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to system enhancements and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree encouraged.
• 5+ years experience in learning systems administration or related roles.
• Proficiency in LMS, support and project management tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with LMS implementation, optimization, integration, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, guidance, and escalation support for LMS specialists and manage workload against SLAs.
• Administer LMS including maintenance, updates, and integrations in partnership with HR and IT.
• Plan and communicate course deployments to align with objectives and system capabilities.
• Develop QA processes for LMS environments and maintain training/process documentation.
• Create and maintain user guides and provide training to employees on LMS usage.
• Oversee user provisioning, access management, and password administration within LMS.
