Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking a Lead, Learning Systems in Metro Manila to manage and optimize the shipboard LMS and related support.

You will act as the senior escalation resource for complex issues and drive system enhancements in collaboration with IT, HR, and vendors. The role requires 5+ years in learning systems administration and strong project management, communication, and leadership skills to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required, master's preferred.
• At least 5 years in learning systems administration or related roles.
• Experience with LMS implementation, optimization, integration, and admin tasks.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS administration, updates, and enhancements with vendors and IT.
• Train and provide guidance to system specialists; manage escalations.
• Plan course deployments and align with governance processes.
• Ensure data integrity and LMS-HRIS data integration.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Monitor SLAs and optimize support workload and performance.
