Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in the Philippines seeks a Specialist, Learning Systems to manage Carnival's LMS and integrated technologies, ensuring business continuity and a positive learner experience across the fleet and shoreside.

You will handle daily system maintenance, course deployments, QA, user provisioning, and data syncing between HRIS and LMS, with documentation and collaboration across HR and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Proficient with MS 365 apps incl. Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project management.
• Diplomacy with all staff levels; proactive problem solving.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and managing learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• LMS user support and issue resolution per SLAs.
• QA for LMS environments and integrated products.
• User provisioning and password management for LMS.
• Plan, schedule, and communicate course deployments.
• Maintain content and ensure data integrity between HRIS and LMS.
• Document processes and support special projects.
