Job summary

Carnival Corporation's Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in Metro Manila seeks a Lead, Learning Systems to manage shipboard LMS and provide expert guidance. The role drives advanced system administration, optimization, and alignment with training goals.

You will coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless data integration and training delivery. This position requires strong project management, leadership, and communication skills to lead complex LMS initiatives and support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of learning systems administration experience.
Certifications in project management or LMS platforms preferred.
Proficient in learning management systems, support, and project management tools.
Strong MS Office 365 knowledge.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Experience with LMS integration with HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead training and coaching of new system specialists and senior escalation support.
Oversee workload, SLA compliance, and issue resolution quality.
Manage LMS administration, updates, and integrations with HR/IT.
Plan and communicate system updates and deployments with stakeholders.
Lead LMS projects with IT and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with vendor support to address product issues.
Maintain documentation and governance for learner data and access provisioning.
