Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking a Specialist, Learning Systems located in Metro Manila.

The role will manage and maintain all learning systems to ensure a positive learner experience across fleet and shoreside, acting as the LMS administrator and main support for Carnival's platforms. Responsibilities include learner support, QA, user provisioning, course deployment facilitation, data integrity between HRIS and LMS, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 including Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management, leadership, and teamwork.
• Must have demonstrated excellence in communication and diplomacy with all levels of staff and leadership.
• Ability to use and facilitate online communications and be highly organized.
• With minimum 3 years of experience with implementing and managing learning technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• LMS learner support and issue resolution within SLAs and ticketing system.
• Quality assurance for LMS environments and integrated products/processes.
• User provisioning and password management in LMS environments.
• Plan, schedule, and communicate course deployments and system updates.
• Maintain content and assets; resolve data discrepancies between HRIS and LMS.
• Contribute to system/process documentation and handle special projects as needed.
